I went to pick up my order today. Both women in there were incredibly rude and lazy. Both were trying to get my order. I told the one girl my information who clearly walked to the back to get it. The next one who sitting down behind the counter adjusting her headphones told me she needed to know my business too. Excuse me?!? What kind of talking is that. This is a little kids store and you are on your phone listening to your beats. So please don’t be rude to mamas who are shopping on a Monday! Be Kind! I’d rather drive to another location from now on!

Poor customer service. Prices average.. not great. Been a cardholder since for few years now, and due to life, I missed my kids 25% off birthday special. Inquired if could still honor (only 2 days late) the manager refused, did not offer any other remedy. I spend usually over $200 everytime I shop. Needless to say, the manager ignored me after declining to assist with any discount. Its no wonder many stores are closing. Smh.

Very fraudulent sets of people/business. They don’t honor the rebates or discounts and the customer service? They appear they would help but either pretend they can’t hear in the course of the conversation or they tell you they have sent the reward points and to check email when nothing would be sent. I wonder how people survive doing fraudulent businesses like this. I purchased a $480+ product during sales in November and to this end, received a $15 worth of reward points that would not work online. Called severally to fix. The deal was to get $55 back but only got $30 finally. Very irritating !

Wow! SUPER DUPER AMAZING customer service and assistance! I needed to exchange items bought online and this was the nearest store, though we live nearly two hours away. The manager, Fabiola, assisted me PATIENTLY, MANY times over the phone until we could get to the store to do the transaction. She was super encouraging over the phone and a "Queen" (using my dads words, who ended up having to do the exchange for me) when he went to do the actual exchange. If corporate Children's Place reads these reviews...check this lady out! She deserves a raise! I can't say enough!

The nastiest place ever !!!!! with the shittiest black manager who's a total a****** to her customers and employees!!!!!! Clothes are used and put back on racks , floors are always disgusting and nasty with food on them . The workers are amazing though!!!!! Besides the manager Ann who is the nastiest and rudest manager I've ever met in that place !!! She's disgusting and wears the nappiest wig I've ever seen. Don't shop here !!!!!!

I would give cero stars if I could worse customer service,I reather drive all the way to Bolingbrook children's place location get the best service instead of dealing with this employees that don't know the concept of business. No surprised it's Joliet where customer service is unprofessional and all the trashy people work.

Worse customer service .. rude people that rather talk than help.. the manager is not polite and doesnt care if you even come back ... the whole staff just sit on the floor and talk instead of helping ppl with questions .. would never come back .. they didnt even give me a receipt! Would rate zero honestly

Yuck! This place is terrible! Items of clothing are strewn everywhere, the employees are mean, you have to step over merchandise to walk the aisles, and nobody knows how to run a cash register. Forget finding anyone to help you with finding a size, opening a fitting room, etc.... This place is a dump!

This is the worst location ever! Rude workers and no one wants to take ownership of their mishaps. The one worker that I had the worst customer experience ever with is Holli, she is so unprofessional and has no clue about quality customer service . Make sure you hire quality people with quality customer service experience because that she is not. I will never step foot in this store and I will tell everyone I know not to step foot in there either !!!!!!!!!!!!!
