Auction sites don’t count - FYI.- Good staff- Good communication- Now you can check the status on your phone for when your vehicle will be complete- Now they have digital tire tread readers!- Even if you go in for a free air check, you still get an email since your vehicle is on file for maintenance updates- They have come a long way since the past 20Y!”

“I had a pickup order for between 7 - 8 pm. I received both a notification and text that the order was ready at 8:26. I showed up not even 10 min later and it told me to check in during business hours (after 10 am the next day). So now I have to go back tomorrow, I do not live near there and planned my pickup for a time I would already be near Sam's Club. I needed the items for tomorrow, this is ridiculous!! I even tried calling the store with no answer! Wonder if I can get a refund on my membership. Even if I can't, I think I will be switching to Costco.”
