We used to go here all the time before I moved away which was 15ish years ago. We loved it here and it was great. I haven't had a pedicure in a while as I normally do it myself but I'm pregnant and it's getting difficult to do. The experience itself was only okay but when I got home and was able to actually see what my toes looked like (because it wasn't super dark anymore) they did a terrible job. I was shocked. This is not the quality it used to be. I will have to repaint my nails, the polish doesn't even cover the nails, and cuticles still have pieces hanging off. I'm very pregnant so fixing it myself is going to be a task. Very disappointing and won't be back.

I paid 120$ for me and my friend to get our nails done. They said we would get them done together but made me wait like 20 minutes to get them done. They did an amazing job on our nails and I would go back for another set.

So yesterday I went to get my nails done at toe heaven and not only was the guy rude and unprofessional but he clearly was not good at his job. I don’t like to complain or make a scene I kindly asked the nail tech to remove a design that I was not happy with. Clearly more than one nail needed to be fixed but I asked him to fix one. He got so mad at me and started yelling at me that I had wasted his time. I’m sorry Sir but if anyone wasted anyone’s time it was you if you would have told me you couldn’t do a simple oval shape French tip I would have gone somewhere else. Not only did he yelled at me but he threaten to cut them off, again all I said was for him to remove the design. All I wanted to do was leave because I was so embarrassed and annoyed my nails looked like a kid had worked on them. Stay away from this place. He didn’t even clean the access cement or applied cuticle oil. Expensive, unprofessional and horrible customer service.

Told me an hour wait. I came back and hour later just to be told that no one was there to do my feet! I will never go back it’s probably the reason why they are empty now. They looked low budget anyways! Close them down and bring a real nail salon to the mall

Here's a tip! Get better lightning in the place so you can see what you are doing. The old man in the place applies polish better than the old lady. Another tip! Ms. Lady try some glasses after you guys get some better lights. Gave this place a second try and 2 strikes you're out.

Do not recommend going here place is dirty they have stuff laying around everywhere, i came here to get a full set before i went on a vacation to texas and 3 days after i got them done 3 of them started to lift and i went in there the next morning to get them fixed and all she did was applied glue instead of fixing them and then said she’d give credit for fill in i called when i got back from my trip and she said i was just trying to get free stuff and had an attitude with me when she’s the one that told me to come back in it’s just very unprofessional and for all the money i spent because i also got a pedicure.

I was mortified on how terrible my nails turned out worst place I have ever gotten my nails done the designed was terrible wasn’t even lined like he didn’t even tried to line it up and he didn’t put enough black you can see right through my nail gel polish and he didn’t even clean up my cuticles. I paid 120 dollars for these. I thought I was going loose it instead making scene I left right away before I loose it there. A friend came with she got a basic French tips and he messed those up too. Don’t ever go there save your self the trouble and the money. The guy is blinded or just didn’t care. This picture were taken right after I got them done.

Don't waste your money or time.i payed 180 dollars for manicure and pedicure for my 10 year old daughter and I my heels were not touched i got a horrible job on my manicure i went home with nails that looked like a kindergarten kid did it, i had cutile hanging from my fingers
my daughter's maniure and pedicure wasn't any better.
i pay witha gift card that my husband got for me they wanted the receipt for it and ask me to pay cash for remaining balance.
worst part they dont have a costumer service where we can call and complain.

We called and made an appointment for 11am. The lady told us 11:15 would work better for her. Which was completely fine!
We arrived a couple minutes early and we waited while they set up the water, we all sat together which was great.
The man that was working which was very friendly started on one of our toes. Then another lady walked up very quiet but nice started on another. One of our people in the group waited about 10 minutes soaking and then finally a woman walked up and started taking off the old polish. After starting about 10 mins into the pedicure she says “ill be right back I'm going to grab coffee”
Um… we made an appointment? You knew we were coming. You dont have any other staff here to help and you left to go to gloria jeans? EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
After talking to the gentleman asking where she went, 15 minutes later she comes walking in with a handful of coffee! At that time our 3rd person was extremely upset and just walked away!
We are already half way through our pedicures and you started and stopped to go walk through the mall. Then when the women walked in all she said was “im sorry, thats why i set your appointment for 11:15 not 11am!”
