“The staff are always super accommodating, just make sure if you're leaving out with a trailer that your driver manager has already sent the email to release it.They won't let you leave without it.

The showers were decently clean, but there's always plenty of towels,

the wash bay is always operational with hot water and soap, but as of recently it's been down for over a month because drivers continue to break things.

And the maintenance staff are always on point here Trying to get you out of the shop as quickly as possible if you're in for any kind of repair.

The office staff are always super friendly and willing to talk with you, i've honestly not had a bad experience here, i will say if you're doing the simulators here, they can be a little glitchy, but the staff are understanding since they're washing over your shoulder, don't sweat it if you're in the middle of a simulator and it freezes, they totally understand.

though i don't get to come up here very often, because my route doesn't bring me this way, but honestly, whenever i'm in the area, I try to make a point to stop here because it's always super friendly and safe.Instead of one of the truck stops near chicago... Those can be a little sketchy in this area”

“One of the cleaner yards, though the restrooms are nasty as usual. If you are late for a pickup though, your set might not be hooked as they break sets that sit more than a few hours after gate times. Outside carriers are not allowed to hook trailer sets. Charlotte, NC and West Sacramento, CA are the nicest, cleanest, and most organized yards I have ever been to. With the NC yard being my favorite.”

“Excellent service!!! went to pick up an axle for my mustang gt and all the staff inside were very friendly and professional and in a few seconds they loaded my item on my truck. Will be ordering more stuff there soon!!”

“This was my first time using Arrowhead and I have nothing but positive things to say. Ed and Jared were awesome to work with. I contacted them on Tuesday and needed a flatbed driver to deliver some heavy equipment by Friday. They found a suitable carrier by Wednesday afternoon, load was picked up early Thursday and delivered expediently.

First, I contacted a different money hungry broker (TQL) to move this same load and their first quote was almost double what Arrowhead's first and accepted quote was. Based on past loads and current market rates, I knew Arrowhead's first quote was fair and I did proceed forward immediately. The best part of fair and upfront quotes is the focus can be shifted to actually moving the load than worrying about negotiating price.
