Reserved a truck from a Shorewood location, and was told I had to come the this Joliet location to pick it up because they wouldn't bring it to the Shorewood location where I received it.

The lady to attend the is really bad attitude..I have reservation on time to pick up 3pm and one hr before the company call me and tell me to need pick up the equipment on other diferent location...more far...35 to 40 min more far...really bad service... stupid service there..in specific on u-haul service...

I was in need of renting a cargo van and decided to use U-Haul. The check in process was easy for the most part. Their rate was $19.95 plus 69 cents per mile. That is where the cost adds up. The van itself was clean and it ran well. I would recommend U-Haul if you are in need of a vehicle to move big items.
