We turned our truck and trailer in z day early, no one checked them in. When I called I was told the Uhaul associate would call me back. No one ever called me. Very bad customer service ?

I did not have any issue at this place. It looks like you can rent other items than a U-Haul here. You can pick up a trailer here also if you need. It looks like they did some small engine repair there also. Also looks like if you wanted to have a outdoor picnic you could get some supplies. When I went there they were pretty busy and then have a whole help. But I got in and out and it served a purpose

Who ever works here is rude and actually hung up the phone because he was trying to get miles from me for a quote. I told him I have no idea what my miles will be because I might make multiple trips from my house to a storage locker. I told him money is not a problem for me I just need to rent a truck. I have never heard of a business who actually wanted to decline money. Don’t waste your time here. Bad customer service.

Went in to try and find Book Box sizes UHaul boxes. Not only did they not have Book Boxes (I could handle that) the "show room" smelled so badly of cigarettes. The cigarette smell was so strong it triggered a migraine. There is no way the older owner doesn't smoke in his store. I won't be back for any materials or rentals.
