Why do I need a phone number to buy anything? And why did one of your idiot women at the register not give me the option to set anything up. Just told me I needed a phone number to purchase and just looked at me. Absolutely ridiculous and rude!

I had such a great experience getting my eyebrows done by Victoria. After getting my eyebrows waxed too thin at another salon, I decided to give the BrowBar a try. This was my first time going to the BrowBar, so I was nervous to have my eyebrows shaped too thin again, especially after growing them back out, but Victoria really listened to what shape I wanted. Victoria did an amazing job shaping my eyebrows. I will definitely be back again.

Overbearing. I get you want to give good customer service, but I shouldn't be approached 6 times in 5 minutes asking if I need help. I'm not stealing. I don't appreciate being followed and asked more than twice if I needed help. It's extremely uncomfortable...after the fourth woman asked me, i was tempted to just leave. If we need help, we can find you and ask, please stop following people and harassing them.

Went to Melissa for my first experience with a wax and tint and she made it a great experience . Explained the process step by step , answered all questions, very knowledgeable and personable. Great service and brows look great ! I will be back . Highly recommended .

Customer service is pitiful. I tried to asked for space to have an individualised shopping experience to another shopper and they got hostile and defensive. The employee and manager did absolutely nothing. I will not be coming back here. I shouldn’t have someone breathing down my neck while I’m paying.

My girlfriend went to get her hair done during the process the hair dresser(emily) asked what she wanted done, she wanted to get her hair washed, blown out then straightened Emily had a agreed and they proceeded after her hair was blown out Emily asked her if she wanted anything else done and she said yes you still haven’t straightened it and Emily responded by I don’t have enough time for that. I would like to see some action taken towards this because she wouldn’t have gotten her hair done if Emily hadn’t initially agreed to it.
