they lost an old customer due to the rudest front desk lady we ever experienced in our medical encountersshe wasn’t helpful in setting my appointment over phone and when my husband went to the office to get it scheduled she was upfront rude and did not help us at allwell we went to the other provider and never going back to vision works again

I had such an amazing experience at Vision works. Everyone was so nice and outgoing. A huge shout out to my eye Dr. Jani she was so kind and very knowledgeable. Her personality is absolutely amazing. She is an amazing and caring eye Dr. I highly recommend vision works for your eye needs !!

Doctor was great! My complaint here is that while I understand some things are a medical necessity and recommended, it is unethical for neither the front desk or the person doing the pre-tests to tell you a part of the visit isn’t covered by insurance (retinal scan). They tell you after the fact at checkout. Thankfully, the amount isn’t all that much and I can afford it but working in a different medical field where we take all types of insurances including Medicaid, is it not the standard that your patients be informed up front if you know something won’t be covered? Now whether or not they can opt out of it or you have to turn them away because they don’t want to pay is the patient’s decision and issue at that point.

I purchased no line bifocals in February 2023... they upsold me and I decided to give it a try. I couldn't accept the change from line bifocals and I returned them a few days after I picked them up. They refunded my money, but never notified my insurance company that I returned the glasses. As a result, I couldn't buy glasses elsewhere because my insurance company said I already used my benefits. 7 months later I went in and demanded they notify my insurance company the glasses were returned in March 2023. Visionworks notified my insurance company and printed a copy stating my insurance company should reinstat benefits in 30 days. Unacceptable business practices... they accidentally forget to notify my insurance company of the return and kept payment.

Excellent! Got in right away! The girls at the desk were nice, the eye tech girl was great and the doctor was outstanding! Explained everything to me in great detail:)

I haven’t even received my glass yet but I want to say that this was by far the best experience I’ve had with customer service in years. Dr Jani was personable and polite. The young lady( the tech) was awesome. I didn’t get her name but she was patient and friendly with myself and my daughter. The two at the front desk… not so much!

bad service. had an appointment and had confirmation text confirming my appointment. i took time off work for this and they refused my appointment and said that it was already done. no calls or communication from the store. ask to speak to Dr or manager lane they wouldn't get anyone.
