I was there on Sept 9 at around 11pm when I politely asked the large young lady with the glasses and ponytail if I could be ringed up. She sounded grumpy and said "go up there" while pointing at the register. I told her "nevermind" since I didn't like her attitude and ended up not buying anything from there.

Well I was in there with my wife and the associate cashier that was stocking by the name of Abby refused to talk or answer any questions my wife had acted like she did not hear her and kept ringing us up after she looked Us in the eye you should get more people with customer service this way if you want your store to fail thanks Abby you're a role model they just don't give one star to everybody

Prices have always been based on convenience, so you pay a little more to get what you want or need quickly. It's just sad to see candy, quick snacks, and drinks have become so costly over the past 5 years. Walgreens is still one of my favorite go-to quick stops and definitely my favorite pharmacy. 2101 West Jefferson Walgreens has consistently had some of the best, friendliest, staff in both their store and pharmacy since I have lived in this area (2009). Clean, well kept, updated, well stocked.

They do not answer the phone. You can hear them pick the line up then put you back on hold. Wasted 3 different 15 minute calls with them doing this. Terrible. I literally have a simple question.

This store is very racist! Please don’t shop at this location, they aren’t organized and horrible rude employees! They chose which “customers” to apply things for. Manager Zach shouldn’t be a manager at all! He has no sufficient training at all

I dont know what the case is with the store manager but its poorly organized. The store manager, zach, called to schedule an interview, and when I arrived the manager, zach, said he had no knowledge of scheduling any interviews. So I wasted my time (and gas!) trying to work for this company.

I like the customer service at this walgreens the reason I am giving 3 stars because the phar.acy staff there has nasty attitudes. If I had a car and it was not convenient for me I would use this pharmacy. Someone needs to look into their abysmal behavior.

I am posting on behalf of my parents who are elderly and not 'internet- review savvy'. These are two people (especially my dad) that are starting to make me cringe when we go out to a restaurant. At least one of my children is usually ready to crawl under the table in embarrassment due to their dissatisfaction and complaining by the end of dinner. However, I am truly dumbfounded when I always receive an excited phone call after an experience at this- which is their regular-pharmacy. They are always greeted by name and with a smile. They simply rave and rave about the professionalism and courteousness of the staff at each and every interaction, especially Erica. If there are any hiccups (no refills/ waiting on doc, etc) it is communicated clearly and they leave with any questions answered. A pharmacy is a busy place. A lot of times they are short staffed and doing the work of multiple people plus immunizations and all ten phones simultaneously ringing off the hook, but my parents always leave here happy and feeling like they are really being taken care of.

My boyfriend and I went into this Walgreens to buy cigarettes. He was asked for his ID, which is understandable.....he's 42, but when she asked me for my ID as well that's when they just have gone too far, ( I'm 47). I said you need both of our ID's, she said yes, I asked her since when do you need everyone's ID that is at the register to buy cigarettes? I said ok we'll I'm gonna go outside so then you don't have to worry about mine and that's just what I did. They did finally sell them to my 42yr old boyfriend, but come on get real. I didn't bring my ID with so if I didn't go outside we wouldn't of been able to buy them. Ridiculous....inconvenient.......overboard!!!!!

Pharmacy Tech was very rude! Had to go through the drive thru twice, was an awful experience. I would think especially when you are feeling sick that they would help you feel better only to have to go through issues at the check out with rude Associates. Will not be going back again!
