Was not open at 8am, said it would open at 930am. The person at the drive thru wouldn't help me with the one simple item I needed. I had to wait, not happy

It's seven in the morning and there were too many people right now outside the Walgreens waiting for them to open because supposedly the hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. It's 7:15 and they can't open yet

*2nd time writing this review*
i shopped at this location last week, i had a coupon buy one get one free, the clerk could not apply the coupon, the shift manager would not either, claiming the item was on "sale" so no coupon can be used, i explained to them a valid coupon can be added. They became unpleasant & rude and motioned me to exit the store, also encouraged me to call corporate to file a complaint. I called. I returned the next day and spoke with the store manager that helped me redeem the coupon & buy the items.
