ALL I NEEDED WAS 15 Amoxicillin tablets and 15 Ibuprofen tablets and it took 5 hours and about 5 phone calls. I started with the robo menu, it would say ready in 1 hour. I called back 1.5 hours later and it wasn't ready. So then I started requesting a representative. They said 20 minutes. I called back and hour later and it wasn't ready. They said it would be ready in an hour. After 5 hours I called Basingers Pharmacy and asked how long it would take to fill my prescription. They said about 15 minutes. I decided to go down to this particular Walgreens hoping by chance they would finally have it ready. If it wasn't ready I was willing to go to Basingers instead. Fortunately it was finally ready so I didn't have to go to Basingers. I was in a lot of pain. I had 2 tooth extractions. I seemed to have this problem in the past at this Walgreens. I always figured maybe they were just extra busy and I should be patient. Unfortunately this has happened multiple times so it seems to be a regular thing. Basingers is a local pharmacy not a big corporate one. If you need your medication in a timely manner plan on going there. They may have shorter hours so you may want to plan your doctor's visit around that so you can get your prescription in a reasonable amount of time. I wrote this review for the benefit of others. I guess we have to shift away from large corporate businesses and try to work with local, smaller businesses. I think the large corporations are getting a bit spoiled and full of themselves.

Love stopping at this Walgreens in the morning to pick up the things I need. Kim at the front register is always so kind and upbeat it makes my morning better!!!

This pharmacy is a prime example of why Walgreens stores are losing business! We were traveling on vacation and my daughter forgot a daily medication. The Dr. Office called it into this Walgreens and we thought we were good. Turns out they haven't even tried to fill the vacation override. We talked to someone who said they were getting it filled and it would be ready by the time we got there. Unfortunately, we were gonna arrive at 7:02 and they close at 7. My wife called and asked if they could stay just a few minutes late. They told her no and to go somewhere else. We got to the counter at 7:01 and they had closed the pharmacy already and were walking to the front of the store with the drawers. This lack of customer service is the reason we left walgreens. We went to the Ingalls store to have them transfer the Rx. They said the Reed store hadn't got the override and that they would have to call insurance... I have no idea what this (Reed) store did other than tell us to pound sand and go somewhere else.

I came in around 5:30p and walked in and the cashier did not greet me but I noticed that he was greeting people behind me. It was clearly he was being racially profiled me.

This Walgreens is trable Went in to pick up a mother's day card at 3:45 PM . The line was 12 customers deep with more coming in. They had only 2 employees I manager which was not 21 so could not ring up any Liquor!
A fight almost broke out between customers because of service or I should say lack of service!!
Walgreens just just down a lotion about 5 miles away. Shame that some of them were not move to a store that is under staffed .

Employees here are very rude , prices here are also 3 dollars higher for many items and they do not honor the policy to price match on

Not everyone has the knowledge of how a pharmacy works, specially someone who has never needed medication before. Sometimes, people has questions about other type of medication, and instead of answering politely they decide to laugh? Really? Thanks to the girl/pharmacist tech on the drive thru window today. I think it was really unprofessional the way she handled the situation.
