This location is horrible. The store manager doesn't care, and will lie to your face if you try to bring up any issues with him. The entire pharmacy staff is rude and lazy. The place is always super dirty. I can't imagine any customer walking into this place and feeling happy or comfortable.
Other than the one polite cashier lady with the accent that calls everyone "love", I think everyone at this store should be fired and replaced. This place is beyond unprofessional.

I love coming into the store because it feels like I’m walking into my neighborhood. I’m always treated so friendly by the staff. Especially Ruda! She is always saying her good mornings and welcomes, and she always feels like she’s happy to see me. Most of us need that and don’t even know it. Thank you ❤️

The Ingalls store phaystaff was a life saver. When the Reed store told us to pound sand because we were gonna be 2 minutes late picking up a medication, the Ingalls store stepped up and got us taken care of quickly and with a smile. Thanks!

Like others have complained...I ended up at this Walgreens after the Immediate Care facility sent my prescription there. Once I arrived and waited over 10 minutes for 1 person ahead of me, I was told that they were out of the prescription. They told me that I would have to go to Romeoville. I asked if I needed anything, and I was told nope, they will find it in the system. Well once I got there, they had no record of the prescription and could not find it. I called the original walgreens again, and was told hmm, it seems like we must have had a computer glitch and we deleted it. Oh well, you'll just have to get another prescription. When I understandly became upset as the Immediate Care facility was now closed, I was told I was being rude and was hung up on. No wonder so many people are leaving them for better options. Count me in as well.

It's thrusday the 26th 2024 10:15pm and Mia the pharmacist in the evening helped me out of a tight situation..she corrected an error done earlier and I get it during the midday hours there is so much traffic at the drive though and coming during the evening is so much smoother..so I'm coming in the evening from now on.5⭐️'s for Mia

The way that medication is filled for customers is poorly thought out. it should not be filled to order some patients are experience pain for the meds they need but still have to wat hours before its fill. Also on top of that it tells you a time to when it will be filled but its never on time and its always delayed.

After waiting for 30 min on the phone, I went to Walgreens. The pharmacy was closed. I was sent to this Walgreens (24 hrs) so I could get my script. The pharmacist refused to fill it. Do not waste your time with any Walgreens. They do not care. They never will care. Go to CVS.
