They always screw up my prescriptions. Giving me 30 days in lieu of 60 days worth of medication. They send me text messages to pick up stuff and when I don't need it, I have to go there and tell them I don't need it yet. I tried changing stuff in their computer with them, but it still is all screwed up. Staff doesn't seen trained, but worse is the pharmacy aide has a bad attitude, makes going there a pain and makes my old pharmacy, CVS look very good and reliable.

Store is clean and organized. However, the one older blonde male cashier (typically I see him in the weekday afternoons) does not hand customers their coupons after purchases. I had several interactions with him and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to ask him for my coupons that printed with purchase. Its Walgreens policy that those coupons that print beside the receipt are the customers!!!

First the parking lot needs to be remarked. Can’t find parking spots. Next cashiers are extremely slow here. Takes forever to check out. And a price of 20oz pop is over 2.50. What a scam.

This Walgreens is beyond unprofessional. I have ordered photos from them a handful of times and all of them they have printed the photos with heads cut off, arms cut off or half bodies. When I asked about it I’m told it’s my fault and I must have submitted them that way. Which doesn’t make sense. When asked to reprint or get a refund they told me no. Would 10/10 NOT recommend this store.

Whoever is the manager needs to get his stuff together. Went to the pharmacy to get a medication for hemorrhoids. The pharmacy was busy they told me Aile 28 they will call somebody to come and help me find it. I was happy because the pharmacy acknowledged it and ask for help on my behalf. I did not know what the medicine was called it was something new to me. Waited 30min went to the pharmacy again to ask if they can send somebody. The pharmacy was nice enough to call somebody but again nobody showed up to the aisle. I didn't get my medicine that I need it. Not mad I just went to CVS, I'm just saying the managers should be present if you don't have a lot of staff. I understand is hard to hire because of the undelployment. Walgreens will lose money in sale its not good thing. Thats how stores closes and people be let go. No cash flow, how can they keep paying and for inventory.

Just overheard an employee having a conversation loudly on the floor about politics and saying inappropriate things with mixed cultures nearby. She was the supposed manager for the night... very unwelcoming....

I've said it to Walgreens today in an attempt to purchase some items, and I went to the pharmacy section to ask some questions. I was the only person in line with a few people working behind the pharmacy counter I waited on nearly 10 minutes and was assured by one of the pharmacy staff that they would be just a moment, as I waited patiently they walked by me several times and finally went and took care of somebody that had pulled up to the drive-through. After that I simply went to the checkout lane in the front. Where are you tempted to purchase several items where Apparently there is a clear disconnect regarding sale prices. I finally want minimal and left. In this time of Covid I understand the stress of business, but I also will add this is not an excuse for failure to be customer centric.

I went into your store today. Your store is to promote health. There was a customer in your store with no mask on. I find you and your staff just as guilty for infecting others by not having that maskless customer taken out of your store. You put your little overhead blurb about masks should be worn, try enforcing it instead of worrying about how much the maskless customer was spending. He didn't buy that much.
