The pick up service is always missing something. Even though I put in for alternatives they almost never get them. Have had to go in anyways only to find the items I ordered and they said were unavailable. I choose the pick up option for the convenience since I'm disabled. From now on I will be going to another store since this one is always messing up.

Do not go! One lane with a cashier and two lines for self checkout. All lines are 20 deep. I'm surprised they don't have you stocking shelves while you wait 30 minutes to check out.

My husband had his oil changed here and they didn't put the oil cap back on correctly. The cap blew off when he was driving down I55. Oil blew out all over engine compartment. Had it towed to our mechanic. He went to talk to the Employees at Walmart and they left to watch the video after a hour came back and was so rude to my husband that it wasn't thier fault. My insurance company and the mechanic said it was most certainly your fault Walmart DO BETTER!!! DONT BE A ASS to your customers!!! Will not be going back there.

Autocare center is horrible! Team lead female lacks communication and understanding. They gave me the wrong tires i had ordered online went to pick up and thy had canceled my appointment for tires to get installed. Two tires were correct two wrong tires different sizes, went back and was told theyd install free of charge for wasting my time. Then she said she wouldnt bc my tires were now the correct ones and would charge me to install. First she said shed install and then she took it back. She wasted my time and lied. Nobody there knows whats going on. I was there 12:53pm to pick up she lied and left the store at almost 3:15pm all that time wasted with her lies and ignorance. "Team lead" do better girl. Now if only they would answer their phone....

I ordered something off of the Walmart app and it told me that my item was going to come from this Walmart from Joliet, Illinois. I have ordered it on December 28,2024. It is currently January 19,2025. It should at least take 3+ days just like it said so it should probably arrive 3-14 days since it is new the holidays. But no, it hasn’t even arrived yet which is concerning. Anyways bye yall happy new year 🥰🎀✨.
