“I was there around 5 o'clock on Saturday feb.15 and the young man behind the counter was alone so while he tried to fix a watch he had to stop repeatedly to help other customers it looked awful stressful to me yet he remained polite patient and professional i wish i had thought to get his name he is truly an asset to the company and if I had a competing business I would try to hire away from from you I think you should give this young man a nice big raise thank you for fantastic customer service oh yea he also changed my watch band and did an outstanding job his work is exemplary and it would not suprise me to hear he owns business in a few years thank you”
