Applied for mortgage assistance during covid and all they did was sit on my paperwork. I sent in every document they needed but they acted like they did not want to help me. I took the same documents to another agency for mortgage assistance and got everything I needed right away and was approved for assistance. Came in a second time to get utility assistance. I was told I was good to go, then received an email saying they need more documents. I took the same documents to another agency and was able to get assistance right away. This office is a joke and they don't want to help you. They are not here to assist just to waste your time.

I came to get help with comed and nicor bills which was glad I got the help I needed. The person who got my paperwork was friendly and helpful. The process was smooth. I definitely recommend coming here if you need assistance.

I don't know about anyone else's experience, my own, is one of relief. My home's furnace went out and I was not in a position to acquire a new one. My wife found WCCCC in my area and I applied to have it replaced. They really came through for us. I am grateful to miss Cynthia Robinson and Mrs. Gutierrez for their prompt response to my needs

This liheap is absolutely horrible they had four people call me tell me I’m good to go then keep calling back saying they need something else. I went in there for an hour we printed out everything I needed before I left so I didn’t have to come back they still manage to misplace paperwork and keep asking for the same stuff . It was never like this in dupage county
