600 dollars to pick up my motorcycle and take it less then 5 and store it for two day! Ridiculous!! Never again! Didn't want to give any stars but it wouldn't let me.

If I could give negative stars I would. Who ever answered the phone did not identify himself OR the business. When I inquired about the services I needed, he did not sound like he appreciated having to think about work, let alone actually doing it( stating oh gawd, with a loud sigh was the giveaway). The quote I recieved was so out of the ball park, I am sure he pulled it straight out of his....back pocket. Four other company's charge 1/4 of the price he invented .Gladly give zero recommendations. Great job at losing business.

I’m not sure what to say about this company.. would give 0 stars if could.. I’m at lost for words. My truck was recently towed due to my son driving. I had a rosary necklace with my fathers Ashes hanging from the mirror… They wanted a $250 storage free plus $175 tow bill & the truck had only been there for 17 hours. It was not worth more than $1000 so I honestly didn’t care about the truck. I ask to come and get my necklace only with my dads ashes & was told NO. I either have the $425 tow bill or I get nothing! This is not something valuable it’s sentimental & it’s my dead father.. I will never see him again & now I will never have his ashes.. I’m not asking for much I’m asking for a loved ones ashes and im strictly told NO. They have no care in the world for others!

Unprofessional towing drivers of this company & also big liars tells u they charge 500 an hour & when job done in hour charge 1000 even do damages to the vehicle don’t accept them & they also racist ☝️
