“Called multiple flower shops, asking for peonies at least seven different shops told me no they didn’t have them. when I called this shop she said she would go get them in the morning and have them ready for me the next day, talk about customer service!”

“First question I asked was “can you deliver flowers the next day?” Answer from associate was “yes.” Since they said yes, I placed my order. When I called my friend later the next day to find out how she liked the flowers I found out that they were never delivered.They went above and beyond to fix the issue and make my friend's Christmas special. They even delivered the flowers on Christmas Eve even though they were closed for the day. Great customer service and will use them again.”
