Horrible experience at this nail salon! I paid for a no-chip color change, but the polish chipped within an hour. When I went back the next day for them to fix it, the service was completely unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for the polish not drying correctly, despite the nail tech assuring me it was dry initially. Needless to say, I won't be returning. Very disappointed in the quality and customer service.

Terrible vibe Rude people Horrible attitudes I usually come here to get my toes done but I was short on time for my trip and needed my nails done to I showed a picture and said I want my nails just like this during the appointment I told her the shape was big can she sharpen it up , she then proceeded to catch and attitude and discuss it with the man at the front I asked is everything okay he said everything's okay we're just talking about the shape I said okay she continued when she finished I didn't like them can I come back tomorrow to get the full nail painted the man states they already charged me for a French tip I said how did I get charged when I didn't pay he stopped talking I asked so ?????? And he said nothing horrible experience I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied I will never give them a chance again !!!!

I've never had a fungal infection before coming here. I take care of my nails, keep them dry, remove them if they're lifting, give them time to breathe in between sets. The nails I left with were not the best but they were clearly rushing and I didn't want to be a bother. When I took them off after 2 weeks and a couple of days, almost all of the nails are green and infected. This is not from water getting trapped under the nail, it's from bad and unsanitary products. I would say 'you get what you pay for' but no salon should be unclean regardless of it being affordable.

I was a customer for almost 10 years when the new owners took over 5 years ago nothing but problems dirty filthy prices always change and when they charge me more than expected when I paid for the service and did not have a tip they yelled at me in front of clients never ever again

First time today with my mom I got no chip full set and a no chip pedicure my mom got a no chip full set only 110 with the fee! Great prices, very friendly! Will be returning! You can't find prices like these anymore and nice work. We were out in less than an hour and a half !

Awful service! DO NOT GO HERE! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Went here for gel nail removal and the lady started ripping off my nails with a tool without soaking. Half of my real nail came off and there was blood all over my nail. The nail tech did not even say anything expecting me not to notice and then began to soak my nails in acetone. She continued trying to rip them off after I told her that I could have done this at home. I came to a salon as to not ruin my nails and could have ripped them off by myself at home. Plus this is the filthiest nail salon I have ever been to! They don’t even clean their tools and reuse the same dirty towels. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN!!! Paid $15 for my nails to be ripped off and damaged

AWFUL EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO HERE!!! Went here for gel nail removal and the lady just started ripping off the nails without soaking them or anything. Not only was this painful, but she also ripped off half of my real nail and made my nail bleed. The nail tech did not say anything exoecting me not to notice the blood pooling all over my nail. Then she started to soak the rest of my nails in alcohol and CONTINUED to try to rip them off with a tool. At this point I told her that I could have just done this at home and risked ripping my real nails off. I came to a nail salon to have a professional take off my gel nails so my real nails do not get damaged, and that's exactly what happened. If I could give zero stars I would. The lady was also rude and charged me $15 for this horrific experience and took off half my nail. Also this is the filthiest nail salon I have ever been to. They don't clean their tools and reuse the same dirty towels. I wrote this review in google and they took it down. DO NOT COME HERE!! They should be shut down for their awful service and unsanitary conditions. Never again!!
