“When I discovered I had a flat, I first called the place where I’d bought this discount tire. Not at all encouraged by the “bring it in, we’ll get to it, after our other appointments” - I called the guys I trust. I was SO HAPPY when Dave answered my call. I was even MORE DELIGHTED when he was able to tell me (in less than 20 minutes, I think), that there was nothing wrong with the tire (phew!), but the tire stem had gone bad. It was fixed in about 45 minutes total, and the cost was small enough for me to pay cash. I couldn’t recommend a small business any more highly: it you need or have an issue with your tires, DE RE TIRES in Orland Hills IS THE PLACE TO GO. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

Zac greeted me and mentioned it could be done if no issues were found during diagnosis. Zac kept me updated, gave me a play by play and I was out in about 1 hour and only because there was a car in front me for the same thing. “I want to make it clear that this specific Jiffy Lube ( 6930 Cermak road)won me back, because I've had some horrid experiences with other ones. I want to send a special shout out to Mr. Dennis. (Back story) Before I came here I was previously maybe less than a block away at a place called JUST TIRES. I'm going to blast them on their own review, because they are (JUST TIRED, JUST TERRIBLE (New word alert) JUST TORRIBLE, Terrible and Horrible had a baby) I've been to Just Tired 3 times and every time I went they couldn't get my service until half a day. (EVERY TIME?) This last time I went to get an oil change I waited half a day, and they told me they wouldn't do it, because I a little over the due from their last oil change. (Clowns) I Left in unbelief and just so happen to run into this jiffy lube and they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Mr Dennis for restoring my faith.”

After shopping around for exhaust manifold replacements and A/C work on my 2008 Ford F150, Don from Advanced Automotive Care was the only one to give me an estimate without there being a caviat of the repair will start at $$$, but could go up to $$$$.
Don gave the estimate and once the work was completed, the final price was actually a little less than I expected.
He and Oscar kept me updated with numerous pictures as the job progressed.
They could’ve easily told me it needed this or that (valve cover gaskets, oil pan gaskets, or other repairs, but choose to be honest and I was advised there was nothing more to worry about.
I knew this was a costly repair but I felt good knowing Don and Oscar were doing the work.”

Dave came and told me that my oil was really low. He took the time to tell me that Hyundais burn oil very fast and that I need to check it every thousand miles. No one has ever taken the time to teach me this. You can tell the employees there really care about the people they serve.”
