“shout out to stephanie who was very helpful on reaching out to me to make a extension for some shoes i had pawned about 1 month ago….even though i thought i had the shoes due to someone else calling me and telling me that i had lost the retro jordan 12s but apparently they were still there and all i had to do was make an extension.. stephanie was very helpful with the whole process please give her the recognition she deserves.. as for the other person that called me and told me they were no longer in store needs to be retrained. unfortunately i do not who that person’s name but it was a guy. “Great place. Under new management. Employees greet you as you walk in and ask a customer for any help. Its cash or card payment which is good. Layaway is a good option especially for the holidays. Make sure to test the items before purchasing and buying a warranty just in case, it's only dollars and save you alot of time later on.”
