I just got a storage unit at this location & Leandra the Manager was BEYOND helpful, friendly, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and provided PHENOMENAL customer service! SHE is the ONLY reason that I chose to rent at this location versus another one in my area. I used to work in hospitality & was a customer service manager also, so how someone acts towards me in a business or professional setting is EXTREMELY important to me. If I don’t receive great customer service, as I did with Leandra, I definitely will NOT give that company my business. She made me feel as if my belongings would be safe & in good hands at this location. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location! Thanks!!!

Barb and Tim were both very helpful and two of the most polite people EVER. Answered all questions with no problem and even explained things in detail! I would give them 10 starts out of 5 if i could! Store your belongings here!

20 July 2024 I found this Justice, IL Public Storage facility in my search to move out of a poorly managed facility located at 79th & Sayre. My initial phone call inquiry was handled by Barb. Her OUTSTANDING customer service skills immediately held my attention. I asked many questions and was shockingly pleased that ALL my questions were answered AND! Barb followed up with some open items and provided the responses as promised, when promised.
As a direct result of my conversation with Barb, I subsequently went in person to the Justice, IL location to get a visual on the layout, to see the units and to determine their level of cleanliness.
Tim, the property manager, greeted me with a warm welcome and a GREAT smile. I thought to myself: “WOW! What a promising first impression! Here’s a manager who knows his area of responsibility, takes ownership and executes with a confidence no longer common in today’s customer service.” Tim truly embodies the term “SERVICE!” After his introduction, Tim willingly took me to see the units in which I was interested. I say willingly, because my experience with other PS locations has shown a lackluster response to the paying customer. Like Barb, Tim answered ALL my questions and provided helpful options.
I’m happy, proud and relieved to report that Tim, the property manager knows how to manage his property! Not only was the office clean and organized, but equally important, the units were clean and swept. AND(!) the interior walls of the units were spider-web free (unlike the facility on 79th Street, whose units are neglected and FILTHY!!).
The kindness, professionalism, courtesy, humor, knowledge and follow through demonstrated by this duo tag team of Tim & Barb have made my decision for me. I am relocating to this facility and am sure that my future storage needs will be met under the leadership of Tim & Barb.
Tim & Barb, thank you for being good, decent human beings. Thank you for executing your duties with integrity and character. Thank you for taking pride in your facility and for treating others the way you’d like to be treated. It makes a difference! You’ve demonstrated that kindness matters! I look forward to doing business with you.
