This place is a dump. But it's the closest to my home and sometimes we need the jumbo machines to wash our blankets. If there was a nicer alternative near by I would definitely go there .

The owner is very dishonest and a thief. Please beware of them not giving your money back especially if you were told to come back to the facility to collect your money and they never showed up to refund it. I wasted my time talking to the owner and the laundry attendant. Beware of washers in the very front of the store especially the ones closet to the laundry attendant area. I don't have to lie because you have cameras in your facility that are suppose to work.

Please spare yourself. The facility is never clean, the owner is so disrespectful after telling him the machine doesn't work he told me (a mom of two) to take my wet clothes and go somewhere else. I've been using this place for over 20 years but this owner is so rude and cheap the machines never work properly, I urge people to use a different laundromat

First off I don’t usually write reviews. I am including with this review pictures so that anyone thinking about coming here thinks twice. Since most people care about different aspects I’ll go through some during my experience here.Parking/people count:Parking is widely available, no issues. There is never a need to walk too far carrying a heavy basket of clothes. The amount of people was fine. Not too busy not dead either.Environment:The place is a pig sty. It appears there is one attendance on duty who does not take any pride in her work. I don’t mean to discriminate, but the amount of work that needs to be done, i don’t feel can be done my her. This is why I feel this lies in the hands of the owner/owners. I am investigating how I can get visitors in that will be able to push the owners to keep the place orderly. It is apparent that there is no interest in getting the place in order. As business owners, it is a failure. It is a reflection on them and they should be ashamed. You will notice signs to customers are written in cardboard or a torn piece of paper. Tape is practically holding the place together. I don’t believe anyone has looked above eye level but there is dust on the walls ceiling fans on top of machines. I see dark stains on the wall, ceiling tiles, and floor. This tells me that no one mops or for that matter sweeps. There is an old soap vending machine that says to use the regular vending machine. Why not just take it off the wall all together, who wants to look at a rusty box on the wall? Arcade machines for kids are either not working or not plugged in, if thats the case remove them, whats the point of having those there. A gumball/candy machine with candy that has (and I am assuming) been there for more than a year. Carts that are held together with rags/tape. Tile missing from the wall, the glass on one of the entrances was held in place with tape. There were large spiderwebs on the sad plant decorations and rust in the sink with a bucket of who knows what.Machines:This can be hit or miss it seems, other reviews state that their clothes came out soapy. Where this might be the case(and I would believe it to be true), my clothes came out ok. If you are pouring liquid in the washers, the fill/hold tanks are disgusting. Never cleaned. There were several machines that didn’t have doors, which surprised me. Once again, dusty dirty machines. One thing I want to note is that a quarter is equal to 8 minutes of dryer time. Please understand these dryers do not heat well, you will more likely than not feel your clothes/towels are still damp and will need extended time to dry. Other laundromats I have been to grant 15 per quarter and heat so much better. So this is less time with less heat. How as an owner are you blind to such simple aspects of your business? You are leaving money on the table.I hope that the owner/owners can reach out to me so that we can discuss the issues with the location and perhaps if there is something I can do to help. No one deserves to do laundry in a place like this.Also if anyone reading this knows any next steps to take such as contacting the BBB or The chamber of commerce etc. to file a complaint, let me know how so that I can take the appropriate steps. Thank you.

Horrible will never be going there again! The washer ate my money & I seen a man walking around looking at the machines & I asked him if he worked there he said I only come & close then he tells me isn't it to late for you to be doing ur laundry! Excuse me but I work 2 jobs! I explained to him what was going on with the machine & he began to say well that's not good & now it's costing me money really Omg! He then brought me change & continued to scold me telling me it was too late for me to be doing my laundry and began to yell and argue about me doing my laundry so late. I felt very uncomfortable it was just he & I. I did not appreciate him yelling at me about doing my laundry!! I arrived at the laundromat at 8:45 & by 9:00 pm he was complaining about me doing my laundry! then at 9:15 he began to turn off the lights really! I even told him I was uncomfortable with the lights off he said he couldn't do anything about it! Then he sits on the blue folding table right in front of my dryer's & starts staring at me & the dryers. I felt so uncomfortable. I left with half of my clothes still wet. I will NEVER go there again! I will take my $60 worth of laundry elsewhere.

Don’t leave your dryer unattended. They’ll turn the heat up. Ruined my delicates. LEAVE MY CLOTHES ALONE. I KNOW HOW TO DO LAUNDRY.

Place is real dirty and they don't have enough water to wash...my cloths came out soapy...never coming to this place again.....go elsewhere!!!

The place is clean and all the machines work well. The drawback is that with the dryers, you only get a whopping 8 MINUTES OF DRYING TIME FOR A QUARTER! Most laundromats give you a minimum of 15 minutes for a quarter. So it winds up getting expensive to do your laundry there. Also, I have been there twice in the last 4 weeks, and, each time, the bathroom has been out of order (the toilet doesn't flush!)! The first time I went there, I advised the attendant of this issue, but, evidently she either didn't advise the owner or they just don't care! There's no sign letting you know this either - you go to use the bathroom and find out when you try to flush. So, for these reasons they're only getting 2 stars. I might give them more if they fixed the bathroom and added more drying time to the dryers. But when they can't fix an issue IN A MONTHS TIME, that's either laziness or just lack of interest. Guess the owner just comes to collect the money!!

I prefer this laundromat over hickory hills. There are more working machines. It's not perfect but doable. Most of the machines Hickory hills don't work. I hate having to wait for someone to finish using a machine so I can wash mine such a inconvenience.

I came in 2 hours before they closed, the washing machine took 1 hour to wash and the lady yelled at me acting like it was my fault. I told her about it and she continued to give me attitude. These machines dont work they took up a bunch of my money.
