Went in to check price for a friend and asked if they price matched and they said yes. He matched the price at RockAuto for an alternator. Friend drove 25 miles to pick it up and then they changed their mind and would not match RockAuto.Okay what about Walmart? Nope they would not match $106 Walmart price either, even though that's a real retail competitor down the road. Then I pulled up the advertised $103 price on their very own site and they would not match that."You have to buy that online"So I walked outside and ordered it online and then walked back in and picked it up. How ridiculous. I would recommend that advance Auto parts match their own online price when you have a customer in front of you. Probably will not purchase at this location again because of the managers condescending attitude and failure to provide appropriate solutions.

Very accommodating. Had what I needed. Only problem was road construction which made it almost impossible to turn in from east bound Rt 17. Had to turn around and enter from west bound lane. No fault of store, just makes it a bit more difficult. Worth the effort though.

My husband went to this store on Saturday, June 10, 2023 around 7pm and had the worst experience ever just trying to purchase a light bulb for our vehicle. The employees did not even look like employees because one of the guys was wearing a tank top. That’s very unprofessional and the lack of customer service is ridiculous. The guy with the tank top gave my husband the wrong light bulb and when my husband realized he went back to the store 3 minutes later to exchange it for the correct one which they refused to exchange it because we did not have a receipt. Mind you the tank top guy never gave a receipt in the first place. The package was unopened so I don’t see what the big deal was in just exchanging it for the correct one or printing out a duplicate receipt. We understand all stores have a exchange/return policy but they could’ve done better to fix the issue and they chose not to help.

The new management Tanya is a joke products have a 30 day to 90 day earners on them and that means if the are faulty or break u are suppose to replace them not desire if u want to just because u don’t want to handle a replacement I would never go there again they have lost my business and I have a funny feeling as long as she is there they will loose a lot more

Just ran in there for a purchase and the cashier took the time to let me know about a deal where I'd save some money. It's always nice to get that kind of service and it was clear that he takes pride in his job which is something I definitely respect.
