Good place to get parts the ppl are very helpful and just because you're a female they take extra care of you instead of taking advantage of you. I don't really know anything about cars and the employees were so helpful and explained everything to me and showed me a few easy things to do.

My battery ended up going bad so I made a quick call to Auto Zone & spoke to Kerri. She let me know if I purchase the battery online, I can pick it up in store. I did so. When I arrived to pick it up, they could not install the battery because of where my fuse box was located - which was totally fine because I had just planned to pick it up and go anyways. But Kerri made a quick phone call to a local mechanic and told them I was coming. Best experience with Auto Zone so far! The battery purchase was quick and easy. She was friendly and informative. And the shop she recommended had me in and out in less than 20 minutes and only for $30. Thank you, Kerri @ Auto Zone!!

AutoZone has a nice setup most times I walk in right to what I need and when I need help the staff is pretty knowledgeable
