Amazing tire shop. My tire busted on the highway and I had to get a replacement, and this was the only shop nearby that had a tire changing service. They waited for me when I arrived 1 minute before closing and changed my tire very quickly for a great price. I’m super thankful!!

Got a flat on a Saturday evening on the expressway. Called this place, they said they had our tire and could get us in if we got there before 7:30. We got there at 7:22 and they were waiting for us and said they were going to call us if we weren’t there by 7:30 and would have waited for us to get there. They changed our tire so fast and we’re beyond friendly and accommodating. 10/10! They saved the day!!

I have been going to Barrera for years to get tires and have never had an issue until recently. The area where I currently live doesn’t have any decent used tire shops nearby so since I live a little over an hour away I decided to go there because I’ve always gotten decent tires at a good price with good and fast service. My husband took my car in to get a tire put on and it seemed ok until the next morning when he looked at it and noticed that the tire was coming apart. I called Barrera’s first thing in the morning and the guy I spoke to said only thing he could do is put my old tire back on and give me a full refund because that was the only tire in that size that they had. Once my husband drove back to the shop the guy with a long beard told him I was only getting part of my money back because they were still going to charge for the labor, and the tire was patched and he felt like the tire was still good..even though it was coming apart. We wouldn’t have even had to come back out there if the tire wasn’t messed up so it was an inconvenience for us to have to drive back out there and the right thing to do would be to not try to charge for something that was your shop’s fault. They also could have told me the tire they were putting on was patched and let me decide if I still wanted the tire or not. I basically had to argue with this man over FaceTime and he finally gave me back all my money. I definitely will not be back!

If I could give negative stars, I would. We called ahead to make sure they had a tire that we needed, and the owner said, oh yes, oh yes, I have those, don’t worry”. We get there (20 mins off of our route) and wait for 15 mins to see us and then wait another 20 just for him to tell us he in-fact didn’t not have the tire we need. Do not waste your time!

Best Family owned Tire Shop business in town! Always beat the competitors prices and great services provided. I’ve been going to them for a couple years now and they never disappoint! I was provided FREE SERVICES upon next provided services. What can I say, I am a great customer to awesomeness service provided! Check em out!

I was passing through on 1-57 early morning and needed a tire urgently for my Chevy Cruze I googles used tires and found this shop easily. He was outside and available to help . Luckily he had a tire for my car and was able to change it in less than 15 mins as I was in a hurry. Price was reasonable and he was very nice. Thanks again my friend! ?

Called to get a quote and was told they wouldn't give me a straight price on a used tire. Said I had to make an offer then told me to go somewhere else when I just asked for a straight price. Don't go here

They are the most expensive tire shop in town. Took my set of brand new tires to them to have them swapped out on my 14 Che y impala and they charged me $35 per tire. They told me I would need new lugs on all tires and could purchase them for $5 per lug or get a set and have them put on at no charge, but not once did they mention I would have to have the tires balanced! Came back 2 days later to have the lugs replaced and ask about balancing-was charged an additional $25 for lug replacement, balancing would be an additional $15 per tire AND they do not balance tires for my car! DISCOUNT TIRES CHARGES $22 AND EVERY OTHER TIRE SHOP IN TOWN IS LESS THAN $35 PER TIRE AND THEY INCLUDE BALANCING IN THE PER TIRE FEE-DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
