Over tighten lugs they don't balance tires and if they mess up as they did sent me elsewhere to pay for there damages

Flat tire while away from home, and Best Tire Express was recommended to me for a repair or replacement. Using two different processes, the tech was able to fix the tire at a fair price. BTW: Significant on-hand inventory, and had three brands of tire in my odd size.

They are ok just to buy a low cost tire but they are not professional. I think they might have broken my rim but not sure. I have bought tires twice and one of them gave me problems. They just install and don’t make sure it has air leaks. One time rim was cracked, second time they didn’t find a leak. If you take your vehicle to get checked for an air leak and they don’t find nothing it’s a $20 charge just because they took the tire off. Meanwhile all these multiple times I went was within a month. Thanks to these guys I’ve decided to do my own checking and tire rotation. I would rather pay a little more and go to the next shop.
