You will get more reliable drug distribution across the street at Gas \\u0026 Wash. The pharmacist is rude and self righteous and appears to have no intrest in doing his job.

The help in the store is excellent. However, the pharmacy department it's a bad joke. I have been a customer for 10 years, and today transferred every one of my prescriptions to a different CVS pharmacy due to the bad service and often incompetent help.

Pharmacist was rude. They have no idea how to fill a script when it's a different amount then typical due to an unusual situation but very common situation. He insulted me. I took my business to Walgreens who had no issues filling it. I was in and out in minutes with zero issues! One star but would be zero if I could!

There is no issues for me other than I wish they had both drive up lanes open. Friendly staff only one complaint about a lost prescription from a newer young male employee. However the usual pharmacy staff are excellent and cashiers are friendly! Usually work on getting their scripts ready quickly and I like that

Horrible. This is the second time they had no record of both my son's prescriptions when they were sick. Waited 5 HOURS!!! It's not on our Pediatrician's end. I asked if they could transfer the prescription to another pharmacy and got nothing but attitude. She said check back (it's 2:30 now and she said they close at 8). Well that's nice but my kids are in pain and need a breathing treatment. A WHOLE DAY to wait for meds when my kids are sick! Never again!! What a nightmare. Get your crap together!!

Was sent here because the cvs I normally go to was out of a medication. I dropped off scripts and was asked when I wanted to get them, I said I would wait as that's what I always do and usually wait about 10 minutes. I get the same scripts for years. Was very rudely told it would be 2 hours, I questioned that she said it's always at least 2 hours for a controlled substance I said really? I wait 10 minutes in Bradley, she says you can go to Bradley.... trust me I would if they had it but don't lie and say that's a rule when I do this every month. Maybe if you weren't putzing around and did your job there wouldn't be a 2 hour wait. Zero reason for her lies and ignorance!!!!

I literally just had surgery. I live 40 minutes away from where I had surgery and was told by the nurse to stop at the CVS to get my medicine to take immediately. My sister decided to use the drive thru. We waited five minutes before anyone acknowledged us. I had my sister ask how long it would be to have the prescription filled. The lady said the prescription would not be ready until 1215, minus you, I just had surgery and in a lot of pain. She nicely told the lady we can't wait over an hour and the lady said we could wait inside, but can't guarantee the prescription will be filled right away because the pharmacist is on the phone and will be a while. I told my sister to get the prescription and we will drive the 40 minutes to the little pharmacy back home. My insurance company has put CVS as the primary for pharmacy. I have had nothing but issues with CVS and will continue to gladly pay out of pocket for my prescriptions at my small town pharmacy that takes care of their people.
