I switch to Ferrell gas 10 years ago and been happy every since. Jason is our driver from the Kankakee hub and I cannot say enough about him. Over the last ten years it does not matter if we are scheduled last or first if the website order says the gas is out for delivery time and time again Jason has delivered. Snow storms, pouring rain or -20 % cold Jason has always delivered the gas even if he has to stay over. It is my experience that an employee like Jason is so hard to find these days. He always delivers and earlier than the date promised. Jason is kind, professional, and respectful of our lane and property. Jason always delivered was was paid for down to the penny. Great asset to the company I hope you keep him as he is a rarity to find today. Over all with Doug as manager I am sure this team in Kankakee is probably one of the very best hubs. We love Ferrell gas as they are a real cutting edge company with great service, employee's and equipment.

Haven't received my delivery .. yet I paid in full

They were able to deliver before the original delivery date and I believe Doug Swinford was able to help solve my problem once again I had originally and get my gas delivered.

Called on 9/19 said they will be there by 10/2. 10/3 get her still no delivery. Called them back and they said. They see where I requested a delivery but it was put on hold. So when was y’all gone tell me. I will be finding another service

Called Sunday the local number and was answered by a automated call answering program. I was told delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. Called again on Tuesday and was assured the delivery truck was on the way, by the call center. The truck NEVER showed up on Tuesday. Additionally, NEVER showed up on Wednesday either. I called for the third time on Wednesday and was told my delivery was now scheduled for Friday. They couldn’t explain why the prior two times, I was told Tuesday. The call center couldn’t explain why no one bothered to call me to let me know that the delivery truck wasn’t showing up. Six days between when I order until it was finally delivered. I had to cancel our thanksgiving dinner, since the tank was now almost empty. Go with anyone but this company. You only get a call center and can’t call anyone local. They’ll tell you anything, but the truth.

They do take a long time to come out, they also have an automated ordering system when you call because they aren’t really 24/7 like their website says. And the automated system just brings you back to the beginning and never lets you order propane

They just care about the money, they are rude, horrible customer service, have ridiculous fees. Save yourself the frustration and go with any company but them!

Always a pleasure dealing with the Kankakee office. Our delivery driver, Jack is always cheerful and dependable even on the coldest of day. Thank you.
