Ordered wire and their website quoted $95 later received an email that it would be $489. Should have believed the other reviews that Gordon tries to scam with shipping but didn't listen.

Just called to ask about availability and had the worst possible customer service. Was insulted for talking too fast and after apologizing and explaining im in a rush to fix an emergency order, the customer service rep rudely told me “yeah if it says ships 3-5 days it’s not in stock” as though im a moron for asking for clarification. Please train your staff better, we will never purchase from you again. What a wild ride just for a normal industry question. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

I have placed two orders recently and never got any shipping or tracking information until I called them to find out when I would receive my order. Their site says usually ships in one to two weeks. When I called to check in both cases, they said the item was a back order. It would be four weeks to get it. They don’t bother to email you and let you know, they’re too worried about keeping the order instead of worrying about the customer needing there materials I will never use them again. I also find it hard to believe that their site shows a 4.8 out of five rating but when you get on Google it’s a 3.5. You just can’t trust them to be honest about themselves, but I guess most people are that way.

For anyone considering working here: I’ve never done an interview where the person interviewing couldn’t at least fake being nice. Talk about bad PR for your company. Within 15 seconds of answering the 1st question, Randy throws his hand up to stop me from talking then rolls his head back to think of a different question to ask me. This snowballs into him asking very combative interview questions with an attitude treating me like he doesn’t get why I’m there while also still interrupting me everytime I try and answer. I understand if you do not want to hire someone you don’t see fit for the role, but good customer service should still keep you from treating them in such an unprofessional way. For a company that values themselves on compassion, Randy lacks all of that. Sherri and the other guy who interviewed me were lovely though. I’ve never left an interview happy that I didn’t get the job, but today I did. Maybe that kind of boss is your cup of tea, not mine.

Don't bother wasting your time at this company. If the price you want is too low then they will ignore you and if you do happen to get into contact with them then they will decline what you need with a terrible attitude. It seems like decency is lost at this location. Sad to see that at a location with some potential. Or used to have potential. Being kind and respectful does not matter here. Better yet, the person who helped me was the VP "supposedly".

Great to work with, fast communications. They were not able to complete the repairs of a Heyward drive control due to a replacement part availbility. I was contacted and informed of the situation and refunded the full amount of the service charge without charging for troubleshooting or handling.I recommend their service.

Arrived super fast. This was the only legitimate place I could purchase the part that I needed. I will for sure use these guys in the future. Shipping was a little on the expensive side but was worth it considering I couldn't get it anywhere else.

They post shipping times on their website that they can't support and after calling them to discuss, they really don't care...stay away.
