“I love this studio so much. I have never thought of myself as coordinated physically, and in the past when I have attempted activities that required me to move in specific ways (martial arts, ballroom dance lessons, etc.) I have always felt extremely self-conscious, clumsy, and goofy. Now I'm in my 60s, and when my wife first suggested that I attend a yoga class with her, I was terribly nervous and hesitant. The teachers at Align are SO kind and gentle and helpful, that they have helped me to get over my fears and actually enjoy class. I especially love Julia's gentle classes, and Warren's Kundalini and Gong sessions. Marissa is creating a beautiful community up at Align. It truly lives up to its name.”
