Clean dry unit, but I found a hole in the ceiling/roof where a bolt had been. Emailed these folks and they were ON IT! Extremely responsive and had it fixed the next business day.

I have no problem with my storage unit it is very safe and secure. One of the most secured (if not THE most secured), storage units I have seen.

I like that everything was done over the phone and I didn’t have the hassle of getting out of my car. And that I have 24 hour access to myself my storage

We are very satisfied with lock self storage facility in Kankakee. They are courteous and they are a wonderful storage facility. Mark has handled me very well and I am enjoying moving in and I do thank him for even leasing to me. Come join us at the party in the family. I feel like that when I'm here so have a great time looking at this review and I gave him five stars and a thumbs up and a blessing

Intra-Lock Self Storage, I am well pleased with the space they have provided me. It is clean, sucluded, and secure. It's not a busy area nor a lot of traffic, most of all the price beats a lot of other storage space prices. I will recommend them to anyone whom I know looking for storage space. THANKS!
