The amount they charge is getting out of hand. This will be my last year getting charged hundreds of dollats to enter some numbers and taking a majority of my refund.

My tax professional, Sheila M. was very knowledgeable and courtesy. She provided clear explanations to questions as she entered my data. I had an appointment and there was no waiting; they were punctual. The office was clean and the staff was friendly. Overall, it a very good experience.

I have filed my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for the last four years and have always had a very good experience. Yesterday I applied for the early refund advance at the office in Kankakee, IL. I met with Sue and she was wonderful. She was thorough and explained everything to me and I really just generally enjoyed our conversation. I made sure to schedule my tax appointment with her, thanks Sue!
