Disappointed I paid my bill in the store, and they never credited my account that it was paid. Turned off phone and you can't contact customer service or be switched to to speak with someone until the bill is paid. Not paying twice. I have proof from my bank that metro took out the payment in full. The phone is still off... Calling the store and spoke to someone that wanted me to describe what the person looked like and was wearing. Shouldn't you know who your employees are? This is your mistake....

Went in to get a new phone as I received a text about a new plan that would get me a newer phone for cheap. What seems to be the only employee there rubbed his face and took his glasses off, refusing to offer me the plan because it was 20 dollars more expensive than my current one. My money is mine to make choices with as I see fit. I walked out of the store empty handed because he refused to service me and I will be finding a new provider because this is the only metro store that even shows up on Google on this area and he clearly doesn't wish to service customers. I shouldn't have to come into a store to upgrade my phone either.

Stay away went múltiple times and all times had bad customer experiance first time with broken phone was thrown a insurance pamphlet an told to call that the Asian man couldn't help me unless I buy new phone so I later returned to have my number ported after calling the hot line I was told to go to a metro location to have my verification done as i couldnt use my phone only to be yelled at by Asian man again and showed a print off of the instructions i had already followed and when i showed him on the sheet what step i was on he yelled and said if i didnt buy a phone he couldn't help very bad service dont go here drive the 25 min to Matteson
