The people here are very nice. They took the time to explain every step to all that was involved in repair of my car. Everyone greeted me and acknowledged me. They helped me with an Enterprise rental. From the first person to the last when I picked up my car was respectful, helpful and just very nice. And my car looks like new!

I brought my car in for front end work. Not only does my car look great, but I cannot say enough about the customer service. They worked with my insurance company (and we all know how difficult insurance companies can be) so I didn't have to get involved. When I dropped my car off, they drove me home, and picked me up when the car repairs were completed. I would highly recommend Netherton's Body Shop.

Insurance quote complete.
Date scheduled for vehicle to be brought in.
Parts ready to order.
Even a phone call the day before saying - “we think we can get this done sooner.”
Now the shop is backing out on the repair for who knows what reasons.
If you value your time, or your time is valuable look elsewhere.
Word from the owner himself was his guys could NOT get the job done to the quality someone who knows and understands right from wrong when it comes to repairs….
Absolute joke when the insurance company and the body shop want to cut every corner possible to make any money they can on a job.
Stood there and went through the process with the insurance adjuster myself because their shop manager wanted to stand back and play with his hands in his pockets.
Should have been the first sign of what you’re dealing with.

The day I totaled my car was probably one of the worst days of my life. Luckily for me, my car was taken to Netherton’s. Every person I interacted with, in person or on the phone, was courteous, caring, and very helpful. I definitely recommend them!
