Owl Storage has been beyond flexible and accommodating with my storage needs. They’re professional, polite, and informed with answers on all issues I’ve had thus far. I appreciate this company tremendously living 400 miles away from my unit.

Had at couple of hiccups right at first, but when we called the service was able to solve our issues right then. The lot is clean and well lit. Access is 24 hours so would be nice if there were lights in the units. But overall we are satisfied so far.

There was damage to the roof of the unit and they notified me immediately so I could protect myself great facility
