“People always bash the post office. And I have had some awful experiences myself.But the Bourbonnais Post Office is not one of those places. The people are friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make mail a pleasant experience. From the letter carriers to the PO staff, they are all excellent. Thank you!”
“I truly wanted to show my appreciation to an individual that was working Monday Oct 6 at the window of BRADLEY POST OFFICE I wish I’d asked his name but I was so stressed I forgot! He been there a long time and has gray hair. Some very important mail of mine got screwed up! It was certified mail. If it would not of been for this man at the post office it would have been disastrous! And would have cost me money to correct this mistake although it was not my mistake. THANK YOU BRADLEY USPS AND GIVE HIM A RAISE.
