“We highly recommend Ferrellgas to anyone searching for a reputable propane provider! Our 1st Emergency ever after over 25 yrs of service with Ferrellgas came when we received a call from our next-door neighbors that they smelled gas and heard a loud hissing noise coming from behind our barn which is where our fuel tank is. February 2, 2026 in the dead of winter, with below freezing, bone chilling cold at 11:50 pm we placed an URGENT! call first to our fire department, since they were 3 minutes away from us, but to our amazement we were told there was nothing they could do to help us and told us to call our propane suppliers, which was obviously next on our list but an hour or so away. We certainly did call the Emergency line and after about an hour and a half later we were relieved and truly grateful to see an off duty Ferrellgas manager (Doug) arrive at our home.
