They have different price for beer and when they charge me they charged me a different price. I let them know and they refuse to change the price to the one listed. Bad service, or change it to the correct price. I went twice and same thing happened!! And lady working there is rude! Asking for my daughter's ID when she was not buying liquor, just because she was with me.

Very nice and professional people work in place and clean truck stop and a nice clean bathroom I hope all the truckers keep the place clean as well

As far as the cleanliness of the store and environment it was wonderful. As for the employee experience I would have to say the opposite. I’m an out of towner that used to work at a major gas station company so I understand the laws of selling tobacco in Illinois. I came here 10/17/24 at around 12:45am. As I was walking in I realized I forgot my identification. I knew I was gonna get carded but at that point I just wanted to see if they would do it the right way. I asked for 2 packs of Newport shorts and the short hair Caucasian women reached for the cigarettes and proceeded to ask for my ID. I asked if she could except a picture (which I was well aware is not acceptable). When she said no I made her aware that if you reach for tobacco or alcohol products in Illinois before asking for identification that it is ‘intent to sale’. Basically letting her know that rather she sold it to me or not it’s pretty much the same. She went silent. When I came from the bathroom I assured her I wasn’t upset that she didn’t sell to me. I only was trying to educate her since I’ve been in the same industry. Still silence and an attitude look as if I did something wrong. On top of this once I exited the store I had my partner go in the store and ask for the same thing. Not only did her and the guy (maybe security) debate with him about the situation, but they also sold him the same exact thing which in Illinois is also illegal. It’s called second hand sale. I’m sure this company knows what this means. All I’m really trying to say is that you guys should probably train and inform your employees of Illinois law not only for their safety but for the integrity of your company. I did not appreciate the sass or cold attitude for simply stating facts that they should know considering they are selling tobacco. Hope you all solve this issue

So far so good!! The place was super clean! Everyone on the staff was friendly! And tons of things to buy! Will be coming to this place weekly!
