I got a pedicure here a week ago on 8/2/25 and the guy used the sanding sponge on the top of my foot! I was bleeding all over and still have a painful abrasion. He didn’t even apologize. I will never go back

I had a pedicure and I paid 60.00 and still need a pedicure I will never go back I called no one spoke English and were rude I would never go back. I wanted them to fix it they refused lee nails is way better I'm done never again will I go to Star nails they are rude and trash

I went in to get my nails done, and the lady was unfriendly. Maybe she thought I was one of those women, who get service and run out. I don't know , but I took business some where else. I don't pay for someone to have a nasty attitude.

Any service they do they make sure you'll have to come back in 7 days or less shave more of the eyebrows then wax them so they grow back the next day just caught the lady trying to fake wax mine

I went and they were rude, and they treated me reluctantly, they hurt my nails, now my fingers hurt when they squeezed, they took the blood out of almost all of my fingers and they didn't leave them the way I wanted, they don't seem to sterilize anything, I hope they haven't contracted some infection, my thumbs are red around my nails, and they burn, the guy made bad jokes and made fun of me as if he was angry and because he knew I didn't understand it, very unprofessional and he didn't make me the design that I wanted, if you don't like your job you should quit, don't go to this site, I'm really hurting my nails ? neither the nails nor the fingers should hurt after these procedures:'(,

Don't waste your time here. I only came here because I couldn't get into my normal girl. Huge mistake! It's definitely not clean. No one washed or sanitized their hands from one client to the next, nor did they sanitize the work station. Didn't have me wash my hands after filing before polish, never asked what product I wanted either. It's been one day and they're already lifting so I'll have to have them removed because the product is also over my cuticle which means as soon as it grows out it'll be snagging on everything. This place is disgusting and unprofessional. I'd give it zero stars, but I have to put at least one to post this review.

I do not recommend, they don’t listen to anything you want while consistently making changes to hun did not ask for or constantly trying to get you to change your mind. It doesn’t help that no one can speak English that well. Get someone who is bilingual and can translate. I asked for square continuously and the guy kept shaping them into coffin all while telling me they were square when I can clearly see the shape with my own eyes. Sloppy job with the dip powder it isn’t even laid down smoothly!Services: Acrylic nails
