“Huge store with a great variety of items! I am concerned about the large display of uranium glass in one booth that supplied a black light, but not so much as a glass panel to reduce radiation exposure to customers and employees who are around it all day? At the very least needs an informational sign so people know what they’re picking up.”
“Lots of nice things, mostly reasonable prices. Too many overpriced Dollar store items, need to mark those down. Also, there is an employee that STINKS of "weed", (maybe she should stay in the back). So disgusting, I just left my cart at the register and walked out. Not the first time she's smelled that bad.”
“I go to this store at least once a week and gotta say the one manager that works at the bourbonnais store is so nice and always smiling. I think her name is gretchen she's my favorite and she always has something nice to say and always so helpful an kind. They definitely need some work over there and hopefully they can keep her because seems like the others are so grumpy and just don't like their job and don't do much”

“The Salvation Army pantry has really helped my family when I was off of work for medical reasons. The staff isn't as pleasant as the volunteers. Furthermore, people go to that place because of people like Chuck Carnes, who go out of their way to help people in need. As a retired Veteran he is the face of the Salvation Army, not just in Kankakee Illinois, but everywhere. Thank you Chuck!!”
