I would give this location 0 stars if I could! The worst place to get your medications filled. They are rude! They do not answer their phones and when they do answer they put you on hold till they hang up on you!
Very unpleasant and unprofessional staff
Go to the Walgreens on Kennedy. After waiting 7 hours for a prescription with no reason why, called the Walgreens on Kennedy and it was filled in 10 minutes!

Im really mad because everytime i go for my medicine they are never able to find it, people wait a long time in line, I can't believe they don't have an order with the medications.

I am so thankful to the hard-working people at this Walgreens. They are so good at what they do! Never once have I really had a problem. If there was an issue, they will do what they can to come up with a solution and make sure I'm well taken care of. They are so nice and friendly too. They are my angels! <3 Thanks

I just want to say how Curtis these people are. They are so helpful. And this store is also very clean. Some thing may be a little higher but not alot . I want them to know they are great people

They got card skimmers in this location. Please do not shop here at all. They will steal all your money. I would bring cash and nothing else.

I went to pick up a 7-day prescription, only to receive a partial fill. They gave me a 3-day supply on a Monday and told me the rest of the medication is *expected* to be in stock on Friday. A smart person can see that a 3-day supply will only last until Wednesday, which means I would need the rest of the medication for Thursday. The pharmacist did not offer to call other Walgreens locations to see if the medication would be available there or to see if they could send the medication to my local store. A 7-day prescription should not be given partially if the pharmacist knows the rest of the medication will not be in stock on time. Options should be discussed and explained to the consumer. I called to discuss this with the pharmacist, but the phone was left unanswered. I will not be returning to this location.

I get there's disturbing customers that come in but I'm sick coming in just for some cold medicine and small things the cashier forgot to check some of my items made me swipe twice then was extremely rude so I deepend my voice and all of a sudden there was no problem. If you know how it is in this location work somewhere else. Both cashier's look and act like they hate their jobs. Then pick something else there's more jobs paying more then Walgreens I promise if I didn't need cold medicine I wouldn't have even came, and I got ID for cough liquid gels too ? Like never in my life ? whatever

This pharmacy called me and told me my painkillers for my 7 broken bones frommy motorcycle wreck were being filled and would be ready tonight. i waited 4 hours and then went to pick them up, the pharmacist informed me that it was "too soon" for insurance to pay for them. i said "ok ill pay cash" then she told me i would have to come inside the store in order to have them fill the script even though i have 7 broken bones and can barely stand up. then after i told her i had trouble standing she decided to inform me that the pills were all of a sudden on some "special time release safe" and they would have to call me back when the script was filled. absolutely horrible customer service and there is always some problem like this when i come here. i would give zero stars if i could. this is not how you treat someone that is in horrible pain. why even call me out of bed to tell me i have a script to pick up if there is no prescriptions ready? absolutely horrible customer service... so wrong. and now im going to have to drive all the way back across town again tomorrow yet again and hope they actually have my medication ready tomorrow...

idk who was on the phone at the pharmacy today but was so rude and snotty i’m literally not using that company ever again. it’s repetitive and exhausting dealing with rude people when it comes to direly needed medication. worst experiences have always been at this location. if you can’t be kind handling people with very important medication you need to reconsider your profession. I’ve left two bad reviews in my life and this is one. I don’t know where this location finds its employees but the lack of coaching from any management speaks volumes of that store in general.

Friendly and diverse staff! Best Walgreens in the area! I never feel uncomfortable or a bother shopping at this location. Fast and easy service!
