This was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was in a pinch and needed a tire quick. I’m new to town and so I had no clue where to go. I called West Side Tire and they recommended a towing company and then ordered me a new tire. I dropped my car off the next day and within 2 hours my tire was on my car and ready for pickup. These guys are awesome!!!

West Side has some of the best customer service around! Colleen remembers me and my family even going months without needing service from them. They have extremely reasonable pricing and try to find any way they can to work with what you need. They truly go the extra mile! I will be a lifelong customer.

Great people to deal with. We've gone to them personally and professionally for years - mowers, vehicles, skid steer tires. For a reasonable price you get service the chain stores don't give you.

West Side Tire has excellent customer service. The new tires they replaced on my 2015 Ford Focus have improved my driving experience. I would recommend West Side Tire to anyone in need of new tires!

I called about tires for my daughters car. The woman that answered the phone was very professional and extremely nice. She gave me a great price and assured me that they would take very good care of her. THEY DID JUST THAT!!!! They were very friendly to my daughter and my 5 year old grandson. I would highly recommend them for any auto repairs.
