The gentleman that was working when I went in there could not understand that I was looking for a 15,000 puff nic I was trying to tell me that the 5500 puff Nic was the 15000. Then when he told me how much the 15000 puff was I told him that's okay. I'm gonna go elsewhere where they're cheaper and then he made sure to honor the price I was wanting. Then I just called there to see if he carried a specific product and there was some loud noise on the line and he hung up on me and I called back and now he's no longer answering the phone so I will take my business elsethere...

I just realized the gentleman over charged my card for a loose tomorrow I will be having a word with there manager because I just looked at my bank and I see I was over charged when it’s only a dollar and 27 cent and it shows on my bank 3 charges when I only came to this store twice today I frequently go here but this is the last straw for me and I will be contacting my bank on Monday morning!!

Bought a pack of cigars for $1.67 that i usually always buy and they charged me $167.27 and when i confronted them after i realized the next day on my bankinf app the receipt had magically disappeared (they didnt give me a reciept). No one has done anything to get me back my money. There is no phone number listed on google or provided to contact any management or the owner besides going into the store. They are absolutely scamming. Zero out of ten do not reccommend. I would put zero stars if possible.

I’ll give them 3 stars only because the people are nice and most of the times the product is good. But I’ve been to other smoke shops in town and I low key feel like they over priced… the tax be a little out of hand but overall it’s decent and so are the people they’re good to have small talk with ?
