“I highly recommend this flower shop to everyone! We came to town for just one day for a relative's funeral and were desperately trying to find a shop that was open to buy flowers. This was the only shop open on a holiday, working from 9 AM as listed on Google Maps. The ladies working there were so kind and friendly; in just 15 minutes, they put together a huge, beautiful bouquet! A big thank you to them for the speed, quality, and reasonable price! “I recently received the most exquisite flower delivery from Victor Hlavacek, Winnetka. Every detail was done to perfection. The flowers were gorgeous, the arrangement was beautiful from every angle and the vase was lovely. Even the packaging, including the colorful tissue paper was carefully done to not only look pretty, but to ensure the arrangement arrived in excellent condition. Today marks day six and we are still enjoying them!”

They even called the our friend who was getting the flowers to confirm, which no other shop has done!”

“I sent my 90 year young cousin flowers from Esther’s for her birthday today. I got a phone call from my cousin as soon as she received them raving about how beautiful the arrangement was. She loved the colors and said the roses were even scented, which is rare these days.
I ordered the flowers over the phone since I live in California. Kathy assisted me and was very easy to talk to.

“In a word, “wow”! I ordered (i.e., asked nicely for) 25 roses for my anniversary, and Hlavacek of Glenview did not disappoint. They were super helpful and respectfully listened to my novice request for “two-toned” roses. (I’m not an an expert.) Based on prior experience, I knew they would be outstanding, but my wife said, hands down, these are the most beautiful flowers she has ever received. They really are amazing. The team at Hlavacek was fantastic, and I cannot say enough to recommend them. They are artists!”

I chose Wall's Flower Shop on Higgins but the website was redirected to Donna's Garden Flower Shop near Pulaski & Peterson. I spoke to Avi on the phone and he was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This floral shop was extremely conscientious about delivering this fragile plant in the midst of our cold January weather. They called my friend and made sure she was home to receive it. She was extremely excited and thrilled to receive her gorgeous plant full of pretty pink buds. I will definitely recommend Wall's Flower Shop/Donna's Garden Flower Shop to all my Chicago friends!”

“I can’t say enough about how thoughtful, kind and professional the personnel at Kiki’s are. About a month ago, I placed an order for a plant and flowers to be delivered to my sister-in-law who had been taken to Lutheran General Hospital. Prior to delivery and without my asking, Kiko’s called the hospital to ensure she was still there and able to accept delivery. They learned she was in the ICU, which doesn’t allow live plants. They then called me with the offer to refund or hold my order until she was released from the ICU. When my sister-in-law returned home, the plant was delivered the following day and was absolutely beautiful. She was thrilled. I truly appreciated their flexibility and proactive approach in addition to the delivery of a beautiful product.”
