Had the best experience upon my first visit to Hairsay. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and I loved the cut that Carolyn gave me! Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch services with fair price points. Staff members are all very genuine, friendly, and go above and beyond!

Went to Caroline at the referral of a woman I met whose hair I really liked. She said Caroline is a layering genius and I wanted to layer up my too-much, too-long hair. Caroline was great! She made time for every question I had, did a beautiful yet quick cut and even tinted my eyebrows on the fly! The shop is very comfortable with long-time stylists. Easy parking. Will be back for the next cut!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hairsay in Kenilworth! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and a genuinely friendly atmosphere. The salon itself is impeccably clean, well-organized, and has a modern yet inviting feel that instantly makes you feel at ease.
What stood out to me the most was the level of professionalism and attention to detail. The stylists here are clearly passionate about their craft and stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques. I had a spectacular experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist named Danielle. Carolyn gave me exactly the haircut I asked for. She took her time and checked everything to ensure that my new layers and curtain bangs were laying nicely. I love my haircut and will definitely be back.

I absolutely love this place, it feels like you're walking into cheers where everybody knows your name. All the hair stylist are very inviting and it just feels like a place you want to be.
Requested style: I requested Carolyn as she is extremely talented I have also gone to Eileen and Susie who are equally as talented.
Specialties: Hair say is amazing at hearing people and doing what you want as they are all extremely experienced hairdressers best in the North shore.
Hair type: I have short hair I am a man who gets a scissor cut

I had a fantastic experience at Hairsay from start to finish! John the receptionist was great to work with! Caroline the owner did my daughter and I hair for a wedding and turned out beautiful! She listened to my feedback and wasn’t just judgy at all! Ena was very lovely and super welcoming the whole time. I recommend this place! We’ll be back!

I've been a loyal fan of Hairsay since it opened. I literally get compliments from strangers on my hair (especially my custom color). What's so special? In addition to all of their hairdressers' talents and experience, Hairsay has a "family feel" to welcome clients new and established. There's harmony and teamwork. Congratulations on their May 19, 2024 Grand Re-opening. Here's to many more decades of great hair and personal services.

Hairsay is a top of the line salon with high end products and excellent service. Carolyn works magic on my color and cuts my hair perfectly and in line for the season and latest trends!!! Stephanie knows how to quickly blow dry beautifully thick middle eastern hair. Charlotte and Verdella wash your hair so well. John at the front desk is the best and can help you with whatever you need!

I'm a longtime devoted Hairsay client. I love the perfect color and cut I receive every time (I get compliments from total strangers as well as friends and family). Of course, care for hair is the primary reason anyone should choose a salon, but with Hairsay comes a true bonus: there is a wonderful team spirit and sense of being cared for as a total person. All staff are highly professional and experiences, and to top it off they personally connect with warmth and enthusiasm. What more could anyone want? Highly recommend!
