They were sooo wonderful, we had a problem with our battery, out of the blue. We were traveling out of state, after filling up with gas, our truck wouldn't start. (I called AAA, they didn't call back until the job was finished)I saw an AutoZone, so my Husband called and they came right over and jumped us, and came to our rescue.

The most incompetent people I've met in my life. Guaranteed you will get the wrong part every time. Helen Keller would have a better chance of getting me what I need the first time. Go to O'Reilly or Napa don't waste your time at this dumpster fire
In response to autozone. You've been screwing me personally for a decade. Not just your location either. It's a mess non of your employees have a clue about automotive repair and are only there to collect a check. Oh and shove your automated response up yours.

This autozone was amazing Robert and Clarice were amazing folks and greatly patient at helping me figure a shortage issue somewhere along my battery they were also very quick at grabbing me a new alternator meaning they are well organized in their part department would recommend this autozone to any nearby folk or folk passing through

I’ve been a customer of this autozone for almost 20 years and boy have they went down hill. I spent 8,000$ here last year, in 2015 the dealership I was the head technician for spent over 70k in parts here, and a week ago I was lied to ignored and played because of someone’s mistake, which we all make sometimes. Instead of owning up to it I was lied to as a employee of this store proceeded to blame their mistake on another store, then told someone else different. I will never and I mean never spend another dollar at this store
