Bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them before the first oil change it started shaking called service department over a dozen times never got a call back i ended up taking it to the ed morse in geneseo it had multiple cracked cylinder walls they did not stand behind their warranty! Ended up getting a new motor took months ! They gave me no rental had to rent another vehicle on my own dime. After the new motor was installed two weeks after the second oil change on new motor it started shaking and loosing power while driving it was around Christmas so I called them up cause it was under warranty still they said to bring it in but I did not get a loaner : / I mean in the 11 months I've had this vehicle it's been at the shop to much and the service in kewanee is horrible geneseo not as bad but they don't care about you once they have your money i definitely miss Crowe ford !

I don't usually leave reviews, but felt compelled after my amazing experience at Ed Morse Dodge. Salesman Sean Terry has been the best salesperson I have ever worked with. I was able to get exactly what I was looking for at a very competitive price. Sean went out of his way to fix the few minor issues I had after purchase. He definitely wants to make sure he doesn't just make a sale, but you get what you want and he's not happy unless you're 100% satisfied. Just know that if you buy a vehicle here you will get a great price and great service. They really put my mind at ease that they back the vehicles they sell and will always answer any questions or concerns you have promptly. Hats off to Ed Morse Dodge and Sean Terry. Thanks again! 5 star service!

Picked up my sister from there. She was getting a recall done on her 2006 Dodge Charger. It was done free of charge. I was shocked the salespeople didn't swarm on her due to the age of her car. That threw me. It's under new ownership so I wonder if that's why. Clean place and friendly employees.
