Appointment was scheduled for an oil change and new tires.
Tiring pricing was the same as the tirerack website and they were in stock.
Service Managers recommendation on the right tires for the Transit were also the highest rated tires for my application on the internet.
Project was done when promised.

My vehicle had a recall they took care of it in a timely manner. The only complaint I have was I just had a fresh tune up the week before and they said there was a mouse nest in my air cleaner so not sure if they where trying to (scam) me or what. So if you go there for work please look for yourself before you accept there word.

I was referred to Troy at Gustafson Ford by my son after having a bad experience at a different dealership. From the initial contact to the day I drove away in my new Maverick, Troy and Gustafson Ford were exactly what I was hoping to find in a dealership. Troy was honest, organized, prompt with his follow up, knowledgeable and friendly. Gustafson seems to hold to tried and true business practices that I very much appreciate.

I'm very happy with the service department. They are very friendly and took good care of my Edge. They did tune up on my car and even did a oil change. They always vacuum my car out. I tell event how good they are.

Everyone I interacted with at Gustafson Ford was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The issue with my vehicle was resolved by the service department within the estimated timeframe. The car runs great now. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Gustafson Ford!

Always a great place to do business. It is rare to find a car dealership that you can walk in and say hi to the Owner, Every single Manager and employee with out a long appointment and meeting process. They seemingly know everyone by name. Not to mention they are very affordable to perform vehicle maintenance.
