If I could give it 0 stars I would because the problem with this place. They take way to long and BARELY ever check their night depository and then want to say they never got the deposit when it's sitting in their depository that they haven't even checked! Apparently only 1 manager has the keys to the night depository and he's never even there! All the people need to be retrained except for the younger Latina women who is the only person you knows how to d her job and is always so nice, she the only one I've never had a problem with

Not a bank I would go back to has a weird vibe inside no actual tellers. Not a place that makes you say I trust you with my money.

Great service! I came here after leaving the horrible Buffalo Grove location. This is a brand new construction and design. It is spacious, modern and bright. I was helped immediately by Kyle. He was polite and explained the promotion and options in a clear way. He was not at all pushy. The office is private, and the door is a glass door. You can see out so you do not feel claustrophobic, but you have privacy.

whoever plows the lot here should be fired along with the supervising manager. multiple entrances significantly blocked by snow and ice more than a week after the most recent significant snowfall.
